LOWNDES COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL) — The Lowndes County Sheriffs Office said the suspect in a drug delivery operation was arrested Thursday in the area north of Moody Air Force Base.
Deputies with LCSO said they "observed" Joseph Brennan Seago near Mood Air Force Base on Thursday, during which time Seago attempted to flee the scene.
According to the report, a chase ensued, and Seago attempted to dispose of approximately five ounces of methamphetamine, as well as other drugs he had intended to distribute.
LCSO said Seago was unsuccessful and captured quickly.
Seago’s case will be presented to the United States Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
