WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — The Wakulla County Sheriff's office is warning drivers to be careful of downed live powerlines after a crash on Crawfordville Highway near the Wakulla County Public Library.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon near the intersection of Crawfordville Highway and Emmett Whaley Road.
Deputies report downed live powerlines as a result of the crash.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area and and find an alternative route if possible.
