LEON COUNTY, Fla. — There's been talk around the community about all Leon County Schools going paperless when it comes to report cards.
This however it not the case just yet. The school district wants you to know that you can access your child's report cards on an online student information system called "Focus."
Using the portal, parents can access their child's grades, attendance, and other forms.
All public schools within the county have this online program and it's up to the parent to sign up for it.
The school district is aware that some parents don't have electronic access within their homes.
"We are fully aware that not all of our families have that level of access and we want them to be partners with us," said Gillian Gregory, Assistant Superintendent of Academic Services. "We would never make a decision that impedes that partnership."
The end of the first nine weeks ended on October 11.
Report cards are expected to go home this Wednesday.
