LEON COUNTY, Fla. — After a joint effort between the Leon County Sheriff's office, Florida Fish and Wildlife, and Leon County Parks and Recreation, Richard Kelly has been reunited with his family.
The Leon County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing 72-year-old man.
LCSO said they are looking for missing 72-year-old Richard Vance Kelly who is 5’6” and 157 lbs. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt, grey shorts, black socks and no shoes at 2:15 pm Thursday in the area of the 4200 block of McLeod Drive.
LCSO says he is bald on top with white hair on the sides and wears glasses. Kelly is in good health but has severe dementia.
