TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Leon County Sheriff's office is 'All In' for Breast Cancer research raising thousands of dollars tonight!
Thursday night, LCSO traded their uniforms for something a little more flashy.
Their goal was to raise money for Breast Cancer awareness.
The "All-in Patrol Stroll" is a fashion show, benefiting 'Making Strides Against Breast Cancer'.
Sheriff Walt McNeil says they will do everything they can to stop this disease.
"Breast cancer month is the month of October and that's when the Leon County Sheriff's Department goes All In to do everything we can to work to eradicate that that dreaded disease," said Sheriff Walt McNeil.
The night included singing and featured a pink runway.
And we've recently learned that they raised more than $22,600!
