TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The woman charged with attempted murder and other felonies for setting two employees on fire at a Tallahassee Taco Bell, will be psychologically evaluated on her ability to stand trial.
In court Wednesday , a Leon County Judge ordered a competency evaluation for Mia Williams and set a follow up date of December 4 for her next hearing.
Police are also trying to determine if Williams is connected to several other fires that happened hours later near the Taco Bell, including a church that was completely destroyed.
The 32-year-old, who Tallahassee police say identifies as a woman, entered a not guilty plea to those charges.
