TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — It's official: TEDx is coming to Tallahassee.
On Saturday, November 9, various community leaders will be showcased on the TEDx stage. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
The program is designed to give communities, organizations and individuals the opportunity to have thought-provoking conversations at the local level. Speakers will discuss their vision on how they can locally impact our communities and eventually the world.
TEDxTallahassee 2019's "Innovation & Inspiration," is going down at The J. Leander Byrd Community Center (1401 Old Bainbridge Road, Tallahassee, FL 32303) on Nov. 9.
There will be breakfast available from 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. for those who purchase VIP tickets. Doors will open for students and general admission at 8:30 a.m. At 9 a.m., the event will start with an opening performance.
