GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. — Hoover Treated Wood Products' new manufacturing facility in Gadsden County launched it's second shift of operations Thursday.

Havana City leaders were there for a ribbon cutting at the newly constructed facilities. So far the company has created 20 new jobs over two shifts of operation.

Company President Barry Holden says the company is excited about being in Havana.

"We decided that the opportunities and advantages that this area, the state of Florida, Gadsden County and the town of Havana brought all the pieces together that made it advantageous for an industry like ours to move here," said Holden.

Hoover first opened in Gadsden County this past April.
