GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — A man is behind bars on five counts of sexual battery after deputies say he is accused of sexually assaulting two children in Gadsden County.
The Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims concluded an investigation on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021, with the arrest of Lucio Veliz.
An investigation into the allegation revealed probable cause to arrest Veliz after having sexually assaulted the victims over the course of the last three years dating back to 2018.
Veliz was booked in the Gadsden County Jail.
