The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been called out to investigate after a man was shot to death inside a Grady County home.

On Saturday, November 14 around 3:53 a,m., the Grady County Sheriff’s Office called the GBI to assist in the death investigation of 39-year-old Antavius Robinson.

Agents say Robinson was shot and killed in the 800 block of Pierce Chapel Road in Grady County, Georgia.

Preliminary information from the GBI revealed that the victim traveled to the Grady County home where he tried to contact his spouse.

At some point, a "domestic dispute" happened and the victim was subsequently shot and killed. Pascal Reddick, 37, has been arrested and charged with Robinson’s death.

Reddick's criminal charges include murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The case is still ongoing as authorities continue to investigate.

The GBI said an autopsy of Robinson's body will be conducted at the GBI Crime Lab on Wednesday.

Anyone with information on either case is asked and encouraged to call the GBI at 229-225-4090 or Grady County Sheriff’s Office at 229-377-5200.
