GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — A 35-year-old man is facing multiple child sex charges after deputies arrested him for allegedly molesting an 11-year-old child in Gadsden County.
GCSO says they have charged and arrested Moris Alberto Landeverde, 35, on one count of sexual battery on a child under the age of 12 and lewd and lascivious behavior on a child under the age of 12.
The victim, who is now 13, disclosed that Landeverde sexually molested her when she was 11.
GCSO's Special Victim’s Unit investigated the allegation and found probable cause for an arrest.
Landeverde is being held in the Gadsden County Jail on a $35,000 bond.
