TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — On Landis Green Monday, students wrote letters for human rights around the world.
Amnesty International at Florida State University hosted the event.
The college organization focuses on education, advocacy and action to help human rights causes across the globe.
On Monday, students came out to show their support for the cause.
"I do think everyone cares, I just feel like information needs to be spread and awareness needs to be raised but I think everyone cares or like to believe so," said Alejandro, a student volunteer.
Students were out on Landis Green from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
