TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — You'll have to wait two more weeks to see the Seminoles play at home, but FSU football officially kicked off just hours ago.

At the 68th annual Kick-off Luncheon, players and coaches got a chance to mingle with fans Friday afternoon.

They also heard from Coach Willie Taggart before next week's game against Boise State.

And of course there were appearances by the Marching Chiefs, FSU cheerleaders, and the Garnet and Gold Guys.

"Last season wasn't the greatest but this year they have a lot to look forward to," said Matthew Graham, freshman at FSU. "They got two great running backs, Taggert has some of his players in, James Blackman is looking sharp and they have got a great defense, a lot to look forward to."

WTXL was a proud sponsor of Friday's FSU Kick-off Luncheon.
