FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office says Riley Downing has been found safe.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is searching for missing 11-year-old Riley James Downing.
Riley James Downing is approximately 4'08", 90lbs, dirty blonde hair.
Downing was last seen on Otter Slide Rd in Eastpoint at approximately 9:00 pm Tuesday night.
Deputies say he was last seen wearing a red button up shirt, blue/black shorts, flip flops, and a back pack.
