(WTXL) — The Florida Highway Patrol says that all lanes of I-10 between Madison and Suwannee counties has been reopened.

Troopers shut down I-10 in Madison County from the 262 mile maker (Lee exit) to the US 129 exit (283-mile marker) in Suwannee County Thursday afternoon due to "zero visibility caused by dust from adjacent fields."

They say winds blew dust from several fields near I-10, causing low visibility between mile marker 263 and 271.

ABC 27 viewers told us that conditions westbound on Highway 90 were no better Thursday afternoon.

Drivers are asked to use caution when traveling the highways and roadways.
