TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Florida Blue and Walgreens are partnering to create a drive-thru clinic at participating Florida Blue locations.

Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., they'll provide free flu shots and other vaccinations to adults and children at least three years of age.

Masks are required and participants are asked to wait in their car for the Walgreens pharmacist to come to them.

"Health is a really big indicator and something really important to all of us these days, now more than ever," said Ashley Rousseau, the center manager at Florida Blue. "So Florida Blue wants to make sure that we're here, and people know that we're here to make sure you're prioritizing your health, that you have the coverage and support that you need. So I encourage everyone to come get a flu shot."

All adults receiving a flu shot at the Florida Blue Center will receive a $10 Walgreens gift card while supplies last. The next drive-thru clinic is on Nov. 4.
