SUWANNEE COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — The Florida Highway Patrol is temporarily closing I-10 westbound at US 90 in Suwannee County due to flooding in the area.
Troopers say there is standing water and water flowing onto the westbound lanes of I-10 near the 273 mile marker in Suwannee County.
Traffic will be rerouted westbound on US 90 to Lee in Madison County where traffic will turn south on County Road 255 to re-enter I10 Westbound.
Motorists are urged to drive with due care as there may be traffic delays in the area and increased congestion.
