SUWANNEE COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — Troopers say a 16-year-old driver has died after an early morning crash in Suwannee County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened on State Road 51 and 165th Road around 5 a.m. in Suwannee County.
FHP says a 16-year-old boy was traveling on State Road 51 when he negotiated a slight left curve.
After turning the vehicle traveled onto the east unpaved shoulder and began overturning multiple times.
Troopers say the 16-year-old was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
