TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — An 18-year-old is behind bars for lewd or lascivious battery after deputies say he admitted to having sex with a 13-year-old girl.

According to court documents, Leon County deputies received a compliant about a sexual battery on Nov. 6. Deputies say a 13-year-old victim reported having sex with 18-year-old Willie Faison.

Documents say the victim was taken to a doctor on Nov. 5 and was informed that she had contracted chlamydia. The 13-year-old then told her mother about Faison and accused him of giving her chlamydia.

During an interview with the victim, investigators were informed that Faison and the victim had sex on three separate occasions at his apartment.

The victim told deputies that she once told Faison to stop, but he refused to.

A few days later, deputies spoke with Faison at the Leon County Detention Facility. Documents say he was already serving time for grand theft and burglary related charges.

During the interview, Faison initially stated that he didn't know the victim. While speaking with Faison, deputies were also able to collect a sample of his DNA.

Later during the investigation, Faison requested to speak with deputies for a second time. Deputies say Faison admitted that he lied and that he does know the victim.

Faison stated, "I lied about it, but I did not force her to do anything." He went on to tell deputies that he met the victim on an online dating website called "Hily."

Deputies say Faison stated that the victim's profile showed that she was 18-years-old and admitted that he had sex with the victim three times at his apartment.

Documents say Faison claimed that the victim told him that she was in the 10th grade and attended a local high school.

Faison also stated that the victim "never said stop" during any of their sexual encounters.

Documents say deputies informed Faison of the STD allegation and he said that while he was never tested for chlamydia, he never displayed any symptoms.

Based on the evidence, Faison is facing charges for lewd or lascivious battery for engaging in sexual activity with a person under 16-years-old. He is being held in jail on a $15,000 bond.
