TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Leon County Sheriff's Office is searching for a suspect who forged a check for more than $4,000 at a local business.
During the transaction, deputies say the suspect showed an out of state ID belonging to another individual.
Deputies say because the suspect passed a forged check at the business, it resulted in the establishment losing more than $4,000.
