TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — A Tallahassee man is finally behind bars after deputies say he choked and molested a teenage girl while trying to convince her to have sex with him.
According to court documents, Leon County deputies responded to MRS Myrt Way in regards to a lewd and lascivious incident involving a 14-year-old girl that occurred in July 2018.
The victim told deputies that a woman invited 22-year-old Mario Williams to the home on MRS Myrt Way. When Williams showed up, he had a bottle of vodka and appeared to be intoxicated.
Documents saw Williams and the woman hung out for a few hours until she fell asleep. When the woman fell asleep. he left the home. Later that day, Williams returned to the home to visit the woman again.
The victim said that while on the way from the shower, the victim walked through the living room and Williams attempted to snatch the towel from around her body.
While pulling on the victim's towel, he also attempted to kiss her. The victim was able to get away by hitting Williams in the face, according to documents.
Documents say Williams followed the victim into her room and tried to talk her into having sex with him. Williams then began choking the victim until she was able to get away by fighting him.
While the victim was getting away, Williams pulled her hair and then left the room. Minutes later, the victim excited the room and found Williams waiting for her in the hallway.
