TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The Consolidated Dispatch Agency has a new director.
Steve Harrelson was the interim director for the CDA for nine months before assuming the director title.
Harrelson says he plans on working on increasing staff and maintaining their level of service to the public.
He also stressed that this is not a one man job.
"It's an awesome feeling to be part for this great crowd we have out here," said Harrelson. "I've been here for nine months as the interim and now this is kind of the icing on the cake to know I'm going to be able to continue to be out here and apart of this great organization."
