LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — To bring more travelers to Leon County, commissioners are targeting one group in particular: Bikers.
Tallahassee Bike Week takes place from from March 16 through the 22. It's all about bringing the joy of mountain biking to the Capital City.
On March 20 through March 22, there will be the Tallahassee Trail Festival at Tom Brown Park. That will include group tour rides, live music, and even a beer garden.
"All of this is happening all in one week, for Tallahassee Bike Week," said Kerri Post, the director of the Leon County Division of Tourism, "Which is very different from other Bike Weeks that are out there, but it's tremendous opportunity for our community to showcase the particular trails that we have in the community."
