TALLAHASSEE, Fla.(WTXL) — A new group of graduates are now ready to enter the world.

Chiles High School seniors celebrated graduation on Thursday morning in the parking lot of the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center.

The graduates came together for a drive-in graduation.

Students decorated cars and posed for pictures from the car sunroof.

With the ongoing pandemic, every Leon County graduate has graduated from inside their cars.

Chiles Valedictorian says the drive-in graduation made him even more excited to graduate.

"Before I didn't really see graduation as a huge thing. A lot of my friends have graduated so I've seen it before. Knowing that it could have been taken away in an instance made me cherish it a lot more," said Jason Zhang, Chiles High School Class of 2020 Valedictorian. To have this moment, especially not having prom, grad bash, a lot of the senior activites we typically would have. ">

LCS has one more graduation on Thursday night.

Commencement for SAIL High School starts tonight at 7:30.
