Chain of Parks Festival brings in huge crowds

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Sunday was the final day of one of the biggest fine arts festival in the nation.

The Chain of Parks Festival enjoyed its biggest weekend ever with about 45,000 people attending the event.

There were more than 170 artist on display from around the nation.

The festival also brought in about 2.5 million dollars for the local economy.

"It's just a wonderful quality of life experience. We are bringing people from the whole region, so they are coming and staying hotels. They are loving Tallahassee. The beautiful oaks here, so it's making Tallahassee a better place to live." said Kelly Dozier, Festival Chair for Chain of Parks Festival

According to festival organizers, The Chain of Parks Festival is one of the top 5 biggest fine arts festival in the United States.
