TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A car trapped underneath a tractor-trailer on I-10 eastbound near the Monroe Street exit caused traffic backup on I-10.
The Florida Highway Patrol is reporting injuries and said the roadway is now clear on I-10 east bound near exit 199.
