LIBERTY COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — A Bristol, Fla. man is dead after troopers say he crashed into the back of a forestry skidder tractor Wednesday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the 32-year-old Bristol man was driving his pickup truck eastbound on State Road 20 around 7:45 a.m. when he crashed into the back of a John Deere forestry skidder tractor.
The driver of the pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene, FHP said.
The driver of the tractor was not hurt in the crash.
The Florida Highway Patrol was assisted by the Liberty County Sheriff's Office and the Bristol Volunteer Fire Department.
