BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL) — Bainbridge Public Safety needs help in identifying a driver who was involved in a hit and run accident that occurred on Sunday morning.

BPS says they are looking for a 4-door newer model blue Jeep Wrangler with a black driver. It is unknown if the suspect is a male or female.

The Jeep will have a significant amount of damage to the right front end and down the entire passenger side. BPS also says the passenger side window should be busted out.

Officers say the Jeep was involved in a hit and run accident on Dothan Road and Griffin Street in front of McDaddy Motors. It was last seen headed towards town on Dothan Road.

Anyone with information about this Jeep or who the driver may have been is urged to call Officer John Walker at 229-248-2038 or email at johnw@bainbridgecity.com.
