Boil water advisory extended for Wakulla County neighborhood

WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. — A precautionary boil water advisory that was issued for residents in a Wakulla County neighborhood last week has been extended until further notice.

The advisory is for residents on San Marcos Drive, Marco Road, and Tyner Lane in the Riversink area. As a precaution, all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes should be boiled.

A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative bottled water may be used. The boil water advisory is in effect for Wednesday, June 12 – Thursday, June 13.
