FOUND SAFE: Bainbridge authorities seek public's help to locate missing 67-year-old David Davis

BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL) — Bainbridge Public Safety officers are searching for a 67-year-old David Davis last seen at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1 at his home located at 2000 East River Road.

Family members said Davis and is 5’4” tall, 120 pounds, and was wearing black jeans, a green polo shirt, and gray shoes.

He is partially blind and maybe wearing black rim glasses with only one lens.

His family is concerned for his safety and stated that he needs medication that he doesn’t have with him.

BPS Investigators, with the assistance of the Decatur County Sheriffs Office and several other agencies, have spent hours searching for Davis.

The Georgia State Patrol utilized their helicopter, the Georgia Department of Corrections brought their tracking dog, and the Department of Natural Resources launched a boat to search the river.

The search continues but authorities say they need the public's help. Please continue to share this post and be on the lookout for Davis.
