THOMASVILLE, GA (WTXL) - — Thomasville's Archbold Memorial Hospital is reporting that they've received six positive tests for COVID-19.
According to officials, they've received six positive test results of the patients they've tested. Two of those patients are now at home.
They've received 42 negative results and have 122 pending test results. The patients who have pending test results have been sent home.
No deaths have been reported.
"We’ve received many questions from individuals wanting to know patient information concerning gender, age and other personal information we cannot share because of federal patient privacy laws," health officials wrote in a statement. "It’s important we help those in the community know that although we understand their concerns, it’s critical we uphold these laws."
Despite Archbold Memorial's reports, the Georgia Department of Public Health has not officially reported any COVID-19 cases in Thomas County. You can see the state's COVID-19 numbers here.

Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville has reported their first two patients to test positive for coronavirus.
Now, the city taking steps in response.
The city building, engineering, tourism, police department, fire rescue and golf course will all be closed starting Monday. The only people allowed in will be employees. The city and local government are still working but want to close to the general public.
