46 guns stolen from Tallahassee business, TPD and ATF investigating

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Up to $10,000 is being offered as a reward after authorities say someone broke into Kevin's Guns & Sporting Goods in Tallahassee and stole 46 guns.

Authorities say the incident happened sometime overnight but was discovered by an employee at 8 a.m. on Wednesday. During the burglary 46 guns, including handguns and long guns, were stolen.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives confirmed to ABC 27 that they are assisting the Tallahassee Police Department in the investigation.

As part of that, ATF is offering a reward, that will be matched by the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), for a total reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the suspect(s) involved in the theft.

Anyone with information about this crime should contact the ATF at 1-888-ATF-TIPS or the Tallahassee Police Department (850) 891-4300. All calls will be kept confidential.
