At the Costco location, in just 4 hours people dropped of 460 pounds of prescription drugs that will eventually be destroyed by the D-E-A.

"We all have drugs in our medical cabenit that we don't always use and so what we are trying to do is educate the general public not to dispose of it by flushing it down the drain or toilet. What we want you to do is properly dispose of it." said Gene Jones, Executive Director, Southern Waste Information eXchange.
