TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Anthony Bourdain's apparent suicide comes just days after popular designer Kate Spade was found dead from suicide in her New York apartment.
The shock of these two deaths has mental health experts across the country, and here in our area, warning about the signs of suicide before it's too late.
"Sometimes people can appear happier right before they decide to commit suicide," said local social worker Alexandria Snyder. "They already made arrangements, their kind of at peace with the decision and it brings them relief and it's a very stigmatized issue a lot of people wont seek help."
