TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - This week, Leadership Tallahassee and the Village Square are offering a unique way to connect with local leaders in Tallahassee.
It's through a "speed dating" town hall event.
At the event, community members will have a chance to chat informally with commissioners, the Sheriff, the superintendent of Leon County schools, and even the mayor among other local leaders.
Leaders will rotate from table to table every 7 minutes, allowing participants to ask questions or offer ideas.
The event is this Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the St. John's Episcopal Church on North Monroe St.
A reservation is required.
To RSVP, go online to tallahassee.tothevillagesquare.org or call 590-6646. Space is limited.
