BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL) - A local job fair in Bainbridge is helping people in the community find work.
About 50 people throughout Thursday afternoon filled out applications and dropped off resumes at the Georgia Department of Labor at a job fair hosted by New Hire Solutions.
An official from New Hire says they bring jobs directly to potential candidates.
"We have a lot of companies and they are looking for all sorts of individuals that are skilled in these areas, so it is really important that we come here to really just advertise those types of jobs," said Ansley Lacy with New Hire Solutions.
New Hire Solutions hosts about two job fairs per week, which are located anywhere between Bainbridge and Albany.
