Dr. Mark Moore, a Florida physician, spoke today about the impact of marijuana for mental health patients, and those dealing with deadly illnesses, such as cancer.
Moore has a background in anesthesiology and pain management, and has dedicated his life to helping patients obtain medical marijuana and the care they need to feel better.
The discussion comes while the Florida legislature continues talks on a proposal that would restrict access to medical marijuana.
