TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - June 12 marks two years since the Pulse night club tragedy, one of the deadliest modern mass shooting in U.S. History.

The Mickee Faust Club is known for putting on shows that bring the community together and Saturday's show honored the victims of the Pulse nightclub shooting two years ago.

"I think about it everyday and I'm not the only one and so wanted to be able to give that time for everyone and just be their for each other," said Samantha Sumler, Pulse Wake Producer.

Samantha and many others in our community are still suffering from the tragic day 49 people were killed during the Pulse nightclub shooting.

Now the Mickee Faust Club is clearing space and setting the stage to help comfort the people in this community effected by this tragedy.

"I know some people who lost their friends and their family. Even after two years it's still something that affects us till this day and I just wanted to bring people," said Sumler. "Even though were in Tallahassee it can bring us together more and just heal and have the time of our lives afterwards."

After the show the Mickee Faust Club held a candlelight visual to honor the victims of the Pulse nightclub shooting.
