TALLAHASSEE, FL. (WTXL) - Businesses across Florida are donating a portion of their proceeds to help veterans.
Proceeds from Memorial Day sales will be donated to the Volunteers of America of Florida, the state's largest provider of transitional housing for homeless veterans.
Since 1914, Volunteers of America of Florida's mission has been one of service and empowerment. The organization helps Florida's most vulnerable groups, including seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, homeless individuals and families, those recovering from addictions and many others.
