TAMPA, Fla. (WTXL) -- Florida attorney, and medical marijuana proponent, John Morgan is facing criticism after an alleged alcohol-fueled rant captured on cell phone video.
The six minute video, posted on YouTube (WARNING: adult language used), was reportedly taken at "Boots and Buckles Saloon" after Morgan appeared at a panel discussion earlier in the night with several individuals including Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.
Morgan and Judd have been at odds after a November ballot initiative asking voters to approve the use of medical marijuana in Florida.
Morgan is a major supporter of the initiative, Grady is against it.
In the video posted online, Morgan can be heard using a series of expletives. He has made no apologies about his rant, telling Tampa ABC affiliate WFTS that he was talking to young people who would be crucial in the upcoming election.
