LIVE OAK, FL (WTXL) - The Live Oak Police Sergeant facing child pornography charges is due back in court Monday.

Sergeant Kyle Kirby was taken into custody in October after FBI Investigators say they found more than 80 explicit images on the computer in his patrol car.

The 35-year-old had been with the department since 2002. If convicted, Kirby could spend up to 10 years in prison.
