TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A former Live Oak Police Sergeant arrested for child porn is now facing new charges.
A grand jury has charged Kyle Kirby with production, attempted production, and possession of child porn. Kirby was arrested in October after a federal investigators found nearly 90 explicit images on the computer in his patrol car.
Kirby's next court date is set for March 24th. His trial begins April 4th. If convicted, Kirby faces up to 30 years in federal prison and a potential life term of supervised release.
