LIVE OAK, Fla. (WTXL)--A Live Oak man is charged with striking an elderly man in the chest and shoving him into a cabinet.
Deputies say it happened January 21 at Timothy Butler's home on Walker Place. The victim told deputies Butler had several alcoholic drinks and was out of control.
The victim said Butler threatened him several times. Butler was charged with battery on a person over 65 years of age. He's since bonded out of the Suwannee County Jail.
