SUWANNEE Co., FL (WTXL) - A man is in jail after deputies say he robbed a Suwannee County convenience store.
Lajonathan Williams, also known as Peanut, was arrested Tuesday and charges with robbery.
According to deputies, they received a call about a robbery in progress at the S&S Food Store on U.S. 90 and C.R. 49.
The store clerk and witness' told them a young, black male came into the store wearing blue jeans shorts, a black jacket, and red and grey tennis shoes with a black cloth over his mouth.
After a search of nearby locations, deputies found Williams wearing the described clothing, minus the cloth over his mouth.
Williams was taken by deputies to the store where the clerk and witness' said Williams was the man that robbed the store.
Deputies arrested Williams and booked him in the county jail.
