SUWANNEE COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Live Oak man is facing drug charges after a traffic stop led to police finding methamphetamine and a used syringe inside his car.

Enrique Manzo, 41, of Live Oak, Fla. was arrested by the Suwannee County Sheriff's Office on Monday.

On Monday, while a deputy was on routine patrol, he saw Manzo on CR 49 near the intersection of 216th Street, stop suddenly in the road and try to make a U-turn directly in front of him, causing the deputy to take evasive action.

The deputy then conducted a traffic stop on Manzo, and found him to be under the influence of a narcotic.

When the deputy searched the car, he found a used syringe along with a plastic bag containing methamphetamine inside the car.

Based on what the deputy found, Manzo was taken to the Suwannee County Jail, where he is being charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
