LIVE OAK, Fla. (WTXL) -- The Live Oak City Council President has died over the weekend, according to his daughter.
Keith Mixon's daughter says he had the energy of a of 30-year-old with the determination of a 20-year-old and that he was he was instrumental in bringing the "Jazz, Arts, and Blues Festival" to the area.
He was also a supporter of the "Rails to Trails program."
He was 65-years-old when he passed.
