MADISON COUNTY:
Madison County Central School (2093 US-90, Madison, FL 32340) will open Tuesday at 2 p.m. as a risk shelter and special needs shelter. You MUST BRING pillows, blankets and comfort items with you to the shelter.
For those who plan to bring pets, you MUST provide copies of vaccinations, all pet supplies and understand that pets are housed AWAY from the general shelter.
JEFFERSON COUNTY:
In preparation for Hurricane Michael, Jefferson County EM will be opening a shelter effective 12 p.m. Tuesday at Jefferson Somerset School (50 David Road, Monticello, FL 32344).
