FLORIDA (WWSB) -- Governor Rick Scott announced Wednesday that this weekend, April 1 and April 2, Florida residents and visitors will be able to fish without a freshwater recreational fishing license.
All bag limits, seasons and size restrictions will still apply.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission says that these days allow beginners and families fish in Florida's waters without the requirement of a license.
