TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - WTXL Political Contributor Trimmel Gomes stopped by Thursday to discuss Libertatian candidate for Florida governor, Adrian Wyllie's federal lawsuit.
Wyllie says his rights are being violated because of a rule that says candidates must show at least 15-percent support in a reputable opinion poll to participate.
He says that he understood that the rule was 12 percent. However, the 15 percent rule has been in place since August 2013.
