TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Authorities are responding to a crash involving a Leon County School bus near Thomasville Road.
According to the TOPS website, the authorities responded to the crash on North Gadsden Street and East 6th Avenue (just off of Thomasville Road) around 10 a.m.
6th Avenue was blocked from Thomasville to North Gadsden.
Chris Petley, a spokesman for Leon County Schools, confirmed that there were 29 children on the bus during the crash. None of the children were injured.
He says the kids were going on a field trip from Lafayette Summer Camp to the Dade Street Pool.
It was city sponsored summer camp. Alison Farris with the City of Tallahassee says that all the kids are back at their summer camp, uninjured, and all parents have been notified.
